Terms and Conditions

Measurements and Designs:

  • The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all customer supplied measurements. Classic Cabinets accepts no responsibility for measurement errors provided by customer.
  • If a representative of Classic Cabinets takes measurements through our “White Glove Service Promise”, Classic Cabinets will be responsible for all measurements related to the cabinet design and compatibility with your project.
  • All designs require approval and signature by the client or client representative.
  • Additions/revisions after design approval are subject to additional charges and delays.
  • Estimates and stock on hand are valid only through the date provided on estimate. In the event the estimate exceeds expiration date, stock on hand and pricing is subject to change.

Payments on Materials:

  • All customers are required to pay in full prior to shipping direct to a residence, business or picking up at a retail location.
  • Outstanding account balances: In the event a customer, contractor, developer, or vendor carries an account balance for 30 consecutive days after product delivery, and reasonable attempts have been made to collect balance, a 20% late fee on the outstanding balance will be assessed on the 31st day. No exceptions.

Delivery Lead Times:

  1. All cabinets from our “Essentials” and “Premium” lines are typically in stock in our west coast warehouses. Though not guaranteed, delivery lead times are 5-15 business days for these specific product lines only.
  2. Delivery lead times for our semi-custom lines from Merillat and Canyon Creek Cabinetry are 7-14 weeks.
  3. All delivery times are estimates; Classic Cabinets cannot guarantee specific deadlines and recommends that the buyer not schedule installation until the product is received in our local warehouse or delivered to the installation address.
  4. Common carrier delivery: Classic Cabinets on occasion contracts delivery services through common carriers. Classic Cabinets does not direct or control the operations of the common carriers. Each carrier sets and executes its own policies and practices. We will notify you if we are using a common carrier for your delivery.


  • Returns are permitted within 30 days of receipt of product unless excluded below. The customer will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return or exchange, product must be in its original condition and packaging. Installed product may not be exchanged or returned. Custom ordered products such as, but not limited to Custom Cabinetry (Merillat and Canyon Creek Cabinetry) and clearance products sold as AS-IS may not be returned. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are the responsibility of the buyer.


  • All order cancelations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • All cancelled orders will have a 20% restocking fee applied.
  • Custom ordered products such as, but not limited to Custom Cabinetry (Merillat and Canyon Creek Cabinetry) and clearance products sold as purchased and may not be returned.
  • In the event a semi-custom or custom cabinet order is canceled during the 7-14 weeks production lead time; a 50% restocking fee will be applied. Orders will not be shipped from the manufacturer or local warehouse until orders show a “paid in full” status.

Payments and Refunds:

  • Payments for orders are due and payable at the time of orders.
  • Classic Cabinets accepts cash, checks (ACH only), Cashier Checks, Apple Pay, debit cards and credit cards. A $25 fee will be assessed for returned checks. Refunds for purchases will be refunded by check within 2-4 weeks of purchases (minus applicable fees as listed above under Returns). Payments for orders are due and payable at the time of orders.

Personal Information:

  • Providing personal information is voluntary and not a condition of sale. However, no warranty, return or exchange is allowed unless the buyer furnishes his/her name, address, and telephone number. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information on how we protect your information.

Notice to California Customers:

  • The purchasing and handling of wood-based products can expose you to chemicals including wood dust, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer or other reproductive harm. *All order with Classic Cabinets will be considered valid once the executed (signed and dated) sales invoice and Terms and Conditions are received.
